Agua de Lechuga Ownership and Management

Agua de Lechuga is owned and managed by Oracle Development Group; a multinational investment company that builds condo communities and luxury homes in the Papagayo Gulf region of Costa Rica.

Phase I of our Agua de Lechuga project was fully completed in June of 2009 and many condo units are offered for rent through our website, as well as on Tripadvisor and Flipkey.

Phase II of our project is currently under construction and closing scheduled for July 2012. Several ocean-view condos are still available and starting from $99,500 and our available ground floor units start from only $105,900.
